Payment

• Payment for the cake must be made in two separate 50% deposits, 7 days then 3 days prior.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pickup and Delivery​

• Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or providing accurate delivery information, including date, time, and location.

• We are not liable for any damages to the cake after pickup or delivery, including mishandling during transportation or adverse weather conditions.

• Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of ordering.​​

Quality and Allergies

• While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

• It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

• We take utmost care to ensure the quality and freshness of our cakes.

Customisation and Design​

• Custom cake orders require detailed specifications provided by the customer.

• We will make reasonable efforts to replicate the requested design; however, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• Additional charges may apply for intricate designs or special requests.

Storage and Consumption ​

• Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• Refrigeration may be required for certain cake types or fillings; instructions will be provided upon pickup or delivery.

• We are not responsible for the deterioration of the cake if storage guidelines are not followed.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

• Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be issued minus any processing fees.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
